Additional cooperation agreements with PrivatBank and Ukrgasbank have been signed to co-finance UAH 380 million allocated by the Government for energy efficiency measures.

So in 2019 another 3,000 condominiums (or more than 230,000 families) will be able to:

- to attract up to UAH 1 billion of “warm loans”;

- to receive up to 70% of state budget reimbursement and additional compensation from local budgets;

- to save 50% or more on utilities;

- to increase apartments' cost in insulated houses by an average of 30%.

Therefore, dear heads of condominiums, please apply to Ukrgasbank and PrivatBank with energy efficiency projects for multi-storied buildings.
